Is Toxic Behavior Effecting Your Workplace?
MWPHE is fortunate to have a renowned speaker right here in New England. In this session, Suzanne Benoit, LCSW, SPHR, a leading expert on Toxic Employee bullying will help you to understand the difference between difficult and truly toxic coworkers; how they use informal power networks in the workplace; and what you can do to keep from being targeted. Understanding these dynamics are essential to mounting a plan to reverse negative tactics. In the end, there is only so much you can control.
