Founded over 20 years ago, MWPHE is an active organization which has accumulated a sizeable volume of materials involving its history and activities. Among the documents which trace the development and growth of this organization are: published newsletters, conferences programs, flyers, calendars of events, various documents, minutes of the committee meetings as well as photographs.

BHCC Library staff conducted a survey of the MWHPE materials and reached an agreement with head of the UMASS Special Collections and Archives to transfer the materials to their archives.
